Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Food & Restaurant Company. Our respective client is looking Operations Director who will oversees daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the restaurant group, ensuring efficiency, high standards, and profitability. They work closely with senior management to implement policies, drive improvements, and foster a positive environment. This role is based in Luzon.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee expansion and development of new locations.
  • Ensure consistent policy execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance against targets.

  • Manage inventory, costs, and procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • More than 5 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Strong leadership, financial, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High integrity, professionalism, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Frequent travel, flexibility with working hours, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
