Our respective client is looking Operations Director who will oversees daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the restaurant group, ensuring efficiency, high standards, and profitability. They work closely with senior management to implement policies, drive improvements, and foster a positive environment. This role is based in Luzon.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Strong leadership, financial, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High integrity, professionalism, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving approach.
- Frequent travel, flexibility with working hours, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
