Job Descriptions :
- Ensure the warehouse, including third-party facilities, operates efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, organize, and train warehouse staff while setting, monitoring, and achieving operational goals.
- Develop and implement warehouse systems covering product handling, storage, inventory management, transportation, and shipping.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, space management, shipping, and floor productivity.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing procedures and adhering to legal, safety, and quality regulations.
- Organize monthly cycle counts and annual stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Schedule and manage warehouse teams to meet fulfillment demands while optimizing workflow efficiency and minimizing overtime.
- Coordinate logistics and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and internal facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Familiarity with cosmetic, homecare, medical devices, and Halal regulations.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, safety, Halal, and GMP compliance.
- Experience with QA/SAP systems for warehouse operations.
- Background in personal care manufacturing is a plus.
