Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Personal Care manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in warehouse management. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise the warehouse's daily operations, including inventory management, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Coordinate monthly cycle counts for selected customers and conduct annual stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Plan and monitor warehouse team schedules to meet fulfillment center requirements, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality performance, and minimal overtime.
- Manage and oversee logistics activities for transporting products to customers and internal locations, maintaining communication with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Experience in Warehouse Management for more than 3 years
- Understand all existing systems, Quality Management Systems, ISO, Safety, Halal and GMP
- Have knowledge of the QA/ SAP system for warehouses.
