As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10-15 years' experience in Sales Chemical for the job of Sales Manager - Coating. The job is based in Jakarta. Key job responsibilities include: Strong experience in handling wet-end industrial process and chemicals involved in coating industry Responsible for establishing Indonesia business strategy according to guidelines set by global and regional managers. Responsible for identify customer needs, sales opportunities, implement sales and market strategies, develop and conclude profitable business for the accounts responsible in order to meet the sales targets. Responsible for establishing the market intelligence, creating customer profiles, identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency. Responsible for managing dealers in the responsible area in order to have a clear understanding of the dealers' activities and make sure it is in line with the company business strategy and also minimize the inter competition Responsible for the A/R controlling monitor closely the outstanding payment in order to minimize overdue and risks of bad debts from the responsible accounts. Responsible for stock controlling in order to ensure non-disruptive supply to the customer and meet the set target of running stock and slow-moving stock. Seek and develop potential customers (formulators, end-users and dealers) and new opportunities in order to widen the base and keep profitable business. Handle complaints from the responsible accounts and coordinate closely with technical services in order to enable settlement with customer in the most appropriate way Job Requirements: University or Technical College graduate of polymer science/chemistry/coatings or any related school background. At least 6~7 Years commercial experience of selling waterborne resins, thickeners, additives to coating industry with great and provable performance. Good understanding of coating market. Commercial knowledge/experience related to paint, ink will be plus. Good business networking and commercial sense. Good self-initiatives and highly motivated to overcome all kind of challenges to get things done. Result-oriented and energetic characteristic. Good communication skill and team spirit. Able to work with others from different cultures.

Key Account Executive

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnered with an established healthcare company, looking for a Key Account Executive. This candidate will be focusing on managing key accounts, selling products to clients in the oil and gas and chemicals industry. There will be traveling required for this role, especially within South and East Malaysia. Job Responsibilities: Manage key accounts in oil and gas industry to achieve sustainable business growth. Be the key contact point of customer for sales, services, technical support request. Responsible to develop new account to expand the oil & gas business. Promote and market product in assigned key account to achieve annual sales target. Involve in marketing activities planning and strategy development. Execute/drive the marketing activity in assigned key account. Stay abreast with market dynamics, competitor activities and industry trends. Work closely with application specialists, product specialists and service team to ensure customer expectation/requirement met. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall business planning. Job Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or similar field. At least 2-3 years' experience in sales and marketing particularly in Oil & Gas Instrumentation. Possess good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Possess a car and valid Malaysian driving license. Able to travel extensively.
