Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their innovative team.

The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the rapidly evolving decentralized finance (DeFi) space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance, along with a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.


Job Responsibilities

  • Partnerships: Research and prioritize potential partners within DeFi ecosystem, including blockchain projects and financial institutions. Develop strategies for mutually beneficial partnerships to drive user acquisition and liquidity.
  • Adoption & Integration: Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate our DeFi project's products with partners. Ensure seamless integration and value proposition for end-users.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead negotiation processes, define partnership terms, and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to inform business development strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and product integrations. Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Metrics Tracking: Define KPIs and metrics to track partnership success. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance and ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Investing and Crypto sectors.
  • Extensive years of experience in business development or sales leadership within Investing or Crypto.
