The award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand, is recruiting on behalf of a leading food provider company that specializes in ambient, chilled, and frozen food which is known for its dynamic and innovative environment. The position of HORECA Sales Manager is based in Bangkok.

This role will be driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the customer base within the HORECA industry. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional who can successfully promote the brand and products to key decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the HORECA sector while overseeing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer demands within the food industry, particularly in the pastry segment.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding market conditions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the future sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the Sales field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Have a growth mindset, and be able to work under pressure with agility.
  • Proven track record of in sales, preferably within the food industry, with a strong network in the HORECA sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in Thai and good English (both written and spoken)
