Job Description:
- Develop and implement people management practices including a broad range of human resources policies, programs, and systems
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Resolve complex employee relations issues
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Perform other duty tasks as assigned
- Handling Hospital accreditation
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- At least 5 Years) of working experience in HR Hospital/Healthcare fields
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
- Strong in analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge in HR practices
- Fully understanding in law legislation
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
