Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a reputable medical company dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing innovative healthcare solutions. Based in Biñan, Laguna, they strive to deliver high-quality products and services that meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations. They are currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Supervisor who will be the key individual to process orders from the Sales Companies and handling of these accounts to attain customer satisfaction. He/she will be part of Order Fulfillment team and will be managing 2 staffs. He/she will be reporting functionally to the local Customer Solutions Manager (Philippines), and in matrix to the Manufacturing Team (Philippines).

Job responsibilities:
▪ Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from our Sales Companies, verify order details, and update the information into our ERP system
▪ Ensure accuracy of information in the ERP system
▪ Update system of any changes in information (delivery dates, quantity, transfer price)
▪ You will be the main contact person between WSA and our Sales Companies
▪ Liaising with internal stakeholders (Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing) to ensure timely delivery of orders to Sales Companies
▪ You will be required to resolve inquiries/issues, expediting stocks for our Sales Companies and/or requesting for transfer prices and other information required by our Sales Companies
▪ Ensure high Quantity Delivered On Time (QDOT)
▪ Participating in projects to improve work processes
▪ Managing of outbound shipments to Sales Companies
▪ Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders and warehouse

Job requirements:
▪ Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment
▪ Warehouse and Logistics knowledge will be an advantage
▪ Customer service experience preferred, with customer centric mindset
▪ Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external departments
▪ ERP System knowledge required / preferred, but not mandatory
▪ A people-oriented person who is always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements, with a "can-do" attitude.
▪ Strong team player and team spirit, able to build bridges with commercial organizations across the globe.
▪ Open minded and trustworthy.
▪ Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills working with global stakeholders.
