Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Medical Device company. Our respected client is seeking a Product Manager for Diagnostics. S/he will report to the Country Leader, manage 2 Sr. Clinical Application Specialists, and play a strategic role in developing impactful marketing strategy that is aligned to the regional strategy. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines with 3x a week onsite and 2x a week WFH arrangement.

Key job responsibilities include:
* The position manages all assigned aspects of the marketing function for the Life Science platform and in close alignment with the regional platform team, is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for the assigned products within the Diagnostic, Life Science business.
* Drives the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the assigned products.
* Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.
* Implements, and maintains "best practices" in brand marketing and product development marketing, this includes use of the company's Way of Marketing and leveraging the company's Way of Selling.
* Drives and manages regional marketing activities (and related budget) including:
o Market research - market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
o Pricing - per product per country
o Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
o Marketing communications - advertising, promotions, digital marketing
o Regional events - trade shows, conventions, conferences
o Monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets.
o Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
* Support relationships in conjunction with the Medical Affairs and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with Key Customers, Hospital Administrators, Advocacy groups and Industry forums to shape relevant policy, practices and clinical guidelines that provide the company with a competitive advantage.
* Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners.

Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related courses
  • Extensive experienced in marketing strategy planning through to execution
  • At least 3 years of experience in diagnostics
  • Experience managing a team
  • Team player, strategic thinker, good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must be willing to do field work whenever necessary
