Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Company. Our client is seeking for Sales Support Admin position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with sales-related tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and maintain sales databases, files, and other documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and faxing as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
