Learn how to connect the dots and match the market needs with your own. Apart from your hard skills, you can also enhance your soft skill set to use as your selling point. I look for candidates with an outward mindset who are not hesitant to fail and who will react fast to their failure. People are allowed to fail; but it is important to fail fast and fail forward.
Remember that employers are looking for the someone who makes their business grow in the most efficient ways. You have to be a solution to their problem, so you should present yourself in such a light; why they should hire you, how essential you are to their company, and demonstrate that you can contribute to your ideal employer.
