Monroe Consulting Group recently launched The Monroe Hub company intranet. The hub is a collection of Information corporate & recruitment Industry information, with the backbone of the being an extensive online training platform that makes use of Video, E-Learning and traditional text based training material.
There are over 100 training modules made available to the employees of Monroe Consulting Group, which cover both basic and advanced recruitment techniques as well as a comprehensive leadership program. In addition to the training available there are also assessments linked to each module.
The system is designed to track the professional development of every Monroe employee by displaying which training courses that have been completed along with the assessment scores achieved. This helps ensure the candidates and companies Monroe engage with receive a consistently high quality of recruitment service. The system also allows Monroe to identify high future leaders from within the organization.
