Monroe Rebrands Banking & Finance to “Professional”

Emerging market specialist Executive Search Company Monroe Consulting Group has rebranded its Banking and Finance Division to the ‘Professional Division’ to best reflect the changing client base.

In additional to the Professional Division, the international-award winning executive search company, which has operations in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Chile and Mexico, still retains its Consumer Goods, Industrial, Technology and Health divisions.

“Recently, the recruitment industry has noticed that banking institutions have been placing less value on the relationships with their recruitment partners,” Monroe Group Managing Director Andrew Hairs said. “Noticing this trend we started branching out into new areas and developing relationships with business consulting, market intelligence, insurance, financing, property management and legal companies. While we still retain some select banking customers, we felt a rebranding was needed to reflect the broader range of knowledge and recruitment assignments covered by the Division.”

Monroe recognises the importance of its recruitment consultants and as such places a premium on ensuring that each employee is trained to specialise in providing 360-degree recruitment for middle- to senior-level executives within a particular division.

“By immersing themselves in one of these areas, Monroe consultants best understand the evolving needs of not only their client companies, but also prospective job candidates,” Hairs said.
