Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines attended the 21st Graphic Expo 2016 organized by Fiera de Manila Inc. at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay, Metro Manila, on June 3. The event allowed Monroe to meet with a number of industry leaders to discuss recruitment solutions for companies looking to secure superior talent in the competitive technology industry.

The Graphic Expo is the country's premier trade show and marketplace for creative, printing professionals and business people. The Expo, themed FUSION 2016: a blend of Filipino creativity and disruptive technologies to power innovation that will transform the country's creative and printing markets, allowed business owners to meet serious customers and network with industry experts. It featured graphic designing, creative imaging, photography, videography, advertisement and sign making, printing-on-demand, web publishing, digital out-of-home, multimedia and animation.

Recruitment specialists Angel Fabia and Arleah Parado from Monroe Philippines’ Technology Division met with Xarion Industries, a textile manufacturing company owned by Mr. Richmond Uy.

“Mr Ferdinand Acuña, the account manager of Xarion Industries, introduced us to the basic procedures of digital printing,” Ms Fabia said. “Not only was I able to experience this process, but he discussed recent scientific advancements, the importance of digital printing technology and how it has become a front-runner for effective marketing campaigns.“

Remaining up-to-date with the latest industry technologies and trends was a key component in the success of Monroe, with the company’s recruitment consultants priding themselves on their knowledge of the industries in which they operated, including technology, she added. Monroe is an international award-winning recruitment company with operations in not only the Philippines, but also Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, as well as China, Chile and Mexico. It specializes in the technology, industrial, health, consumer goods and banking and finance sectors.

Ms Parado reiterated that the 21st Graphic Expo 2016 provided Monroe with the opportunity to connect and engage with senior decision-makers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, suppliers and other players in the printing and graphic industry. “It was an invaluable experience and allows Monroe to reinforce its position as the go-to recruitment company for technology companies in the Philippines.”
