Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia will defend its title as ‘Best New Recruitment Agency’ after it was named in the category for a second successive year at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2017 Malaysia, presented by Human Resources magazine.
Kuala Lumpur-based Monroe Malaysia, which launched executive recruitment services in Malaysia less than three years ago, was also named a finalist in the category of ‘Best Candidate Experience by a Recruitment Agency.’
“It is obviously fantastic to be able to defend our title as ‘Best New Recruitment Agency’, but I am equally as excited about being named a finalist in the ‘Best Candidate Experience by a Recruitment Agency,’ Monroe Malaysia Managing Director Monica Viladot said. “Monroe works hard to provide our job candidates and multinational clients with the highest levels of service during the recruitment process, and this is recognition of our efforts in this area.”
The award nods are the latest for the wider Monroe Consulting Group, which has successful recruitment operations in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Chile and Mexico. It opened in Vietnam last month. The company focuses on matching the best candidates with the best job openings in the consumer goods, industry, health, professional and technology sectors.
Andrew Hairs, group managing director of Monroe, praised Monroe Malaysia for its latest award nominations. “This nominations coincide with news that Monroe Malaysia is continuing to expand and is in fact moving into new, larger and more modern offices in Kuala Lumpur,” Andrew said. “This is great news for Monroe Malaysia, Monroe Consulting Group and parent company Empresaria.”
The Best New Recruitment Agency is open to industry newcomers that have proven themselves to be reputable and profitable. Monroe Malaysia took home the title in 2016, after it was judged the best all-round newcomer for “delivering exemplary value and quantifiable results similar to those of big agencies.”
Organised by Human Resources magazine, the Asia Recruitment Awards is a regional recruitment awards show that recognises and celebrates the best in recruitment and talent acquisition in Asia. It honours the spirit of excellence of recruiters across the human resources spectrum.
