  • Publish Date: Posted about 6 years ago

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is expanding and seeking young professionals from different backgrounds and industries to join its international award-winning team.

“Fun, money and doing an important job. These are the only reasons why you should work,” says Ngan Huynh, Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam Managing Director. “If you are a recent graduate or young professional, have international exposure, an aptitude for sales, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, then you should apply to join Monroe Vietnam as a recruitment consultant today. More senior professionals are also encouraged to apply for rewarding careers in recruitment.”

Ngan said Monroe Vietnam, part of the wider Monroe Consulting Group that specialises in executive-level recruitment in emerging economies throughout the Asia-Pacific region, was hiring new trainee executive recruitment consultants for each of its four Divisions, namely Consumer Goods, Industry, Technology and Professional Services, which includes banking, finance and insurance.

“We will accept applications from recent graduates but ideally are seeking young professionals with a relevant degree and at least two years’ work experience in their respective industries to join us as recruitment consultants. Our ambition is to develop the next generation of highly professional consultants for the growth of Monroe Vietnam over the next 3 years.”

She said Monroe Vietnam offered an award-winning, online training and development programme that featured engaging and informative course work and assessments, classes conducted by an expatriate in-house trainer and mentorship involving senior recruitment consultants and division heads.

“I will be heavily involved throughout the process, including leading business development and sourcing skill classes throughout the first month before junior recruitment consultants are assigned to their respective divisions to begin placing executive job candidates with the best and most respected national and multinational client companies operating in Vietnam.”

Ngan said only that only candidates with the motivation to succeed and a desire to develop a rich and rewarding career should apply for the executive recruitment training programme. “Monroe Vietnam offers a conducive, non-discriminatory work environment, where effort and success were rewarded, both financially and in terms of career advancement.”
