Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group has been nominated as a finalist in two categories at the Global Recruiter Asia-Pacific Awards 2018.

“I am honoured and look forward to defending our award for Best In-House Training,” said Andrew Hairs, managing director of Monroe Consulting Group, which specialises in executive recruitment in emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

“People are the core of our successful business model, and we believe in and have invested heavily in the technology- and mentor-based training and development of our recruitment consultants in all of the countries in which we operate.”

Monroe’s purpose-built training methodologies were also nominated for Best In-House Training in 2016.

In total, Monroe Consulting Group has been nominated for 13 awards since the inaugural Global Recruiter Asia-Pacific Awards in 2013, winning on six occasions, including Best Small Recruitment Business for APAC three times.

“We were commended in the category last year but with our strong growth and profits, I believe the award will be coming home to its rightful place after again being named a finalist in 2018,” Mr Hairs said.

“Monroe is a well-respected company trusted by more and more companies operating in at times difficult business environments,” he said. “The services that we offer our clients, reflect well on the company and the wider recruitment industry in general.”

Monroe is expanding in all the of countries in which it operates, namely China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Chile and Mexico.

The company focuses of five sectors, namely Technology, Health, Industrial, Consumer Goods and Professional Services, which covers banking, finance and insurance.
