Great things are happening in executive recruitment in the Philippines

  • Publish Date: Posted about 5 years ago

The executive recruitment agency, led by Managing Director Monica Viladot, has streamlined its internal search processes, further increased job placements and revenue, expanded its base or corporate clients, enhanced its office environment to create a better work-life balance for its consultants and has big plans for the future.

“Monroe has added 11 new headhunters this year and in 2020 will at least double its total number,” Monica said.

She said the increased efficiency on the back of the roll-out of state-of-the-art recruitment software had had an immediate impact, allowing consultants more time to focus on their core jobs of sourcing and securing executive talent for its increasing customer base of high-profile businesses.

“The average number of monthly placements has increased month-on-month and we are more than meeting our quarterly targets,” she said.

“It’s great news for our clients and candidates but also our consultants who are excelling and living up to our mantra of having fun, doing something that matters and making money.”

Monica said the consultants were working harder, but more importantly, smarter.

“There are many key performance indicators to measure success but if activity on social media is any yardstick then we are onto a winning formula,” she said.

“The Monroe Philippines team are active on social media, such as Instagram, highlighting their work achievements, promotions, industry initiatives, work-life balance and simply enjoying what they do.”

Monica said the executive recruitment consultants had been rewarded with a greener office, pantry and cold drink dispenser.

“We will also be launching a new Group-wide Website in the coming days, which will seamlessly integrate our recruitment software and job search and hire functionality making finding a job or hiring an executive or technical specialist even easier,” she said.
