Hello, I'm Mark and I joined LMA in September 2023. I have worked in recruitment for a while prior to joining LMA, most recently within the US healthcare market.
As a dedicated recruiter, it's our task to provide and develop rapport with our wonderful, professional candidates, ensuring we make them feel they are in good hands throughout their career journey. Moreover, recruiting has given me unique insight into the complexities of the industry, allowing me to pay this information forward to my candidates.
I have a BS Major in Psychology and have decided to pursue the industrial side in my career, as I see myself in providing services and helping people. I believe working as a recruiter helped me foster my confidence to connect with other people and nationalities.
I will always try to work beyond my capabilities, to meet the clients and candidates’ expectations, providing the best results within the industry.
