Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Auditor experience in Big 4 and working in Multinational company experience is a must 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Expert financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as Vareto. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
