Experienced managers joining Monroe will be expected to adapt to Monroe methodologies and will be given a five-day classroom induction training on joining and be expected to pass induction, advanced and leadership training assessments.

What is the job of a Division Head?

The Division Head role incorporates all of the responsibilities of an Assistant Division Head and being accountable for teams of up to 15 recruiters. They are supported by a Managing Director and are responsible for the profit and loss of their divisions.
