Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and regional project collaboration. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive HR services across multiple legal entities in Thailand. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations and growth by ensuring effective people management, regulatory compliance, and consistent HR practices. The position acts as a trusted HR partner to local leadership while working closely with regional or group HR teams. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across all Thailand entities, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership on workforce planning, organizational matters, and employee issues. Manage recruitment activities, including manpower planning, hiring execution, onboarding, and probation management. Oversee employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Drive the annual performance management cycle and support talent development and succession planning initiatives. Coordinate payroll processing and compensation administration with external payroll vendors and regional HR teams. Review, implement, and enhance HR policies, benefits programs, and local HR practices in alignment with group standards.
