This will purely be field-work role with office based in Alabang. Responsibilities: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth across Indonesia. Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities nationwide (farming & hunting). Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic collaborations with local partners, distributors, and key stakeholders in Indonesia. Drive market penetration by identifying new channels, segments, and potential partnerships. Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular sales reports and market insights to management. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional/global teams to align commercial strategies, pricing, and market initiatives. The Business Development Executive will drive market development and sales growth for a specialized medical technology portfolio (either Rehabilitation Robotics or Urology) across Luzon territory. The role is responsible for identifying and expanding opportunities, building strong KOL networks, leading portfolio introductions, and achieving sales targets in both private and government sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential clients across Luzon (private and government accounts) for the assigned portfolio. Initiate and execute business development activities - client meetings, product demos, trials, budget inclusion, and project proposals among others.
