Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a world's leading data, insights and consulting company. This global company is looking for an experienced Account Manager for their division that composed of global experts in shopper behaviour, offering continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and tailored solutions. This job is a WFH set up and is on the usual office hours.


Job summary:


The Account Manager will responsible managing a set of clients and building meaningful business relationships. He/She must be comfortable in working with data and insights analysis given the nature of company's business. Sales targets will be set and the role will be responsible in handling 1-2 Account Executives as well.


Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manages the total needs of a set of clients by directly servicing client requirements and generating new business with minimal supervision from Account Director (AD) / Commercial Director (CD)
  • Develops close business relationships with clients together with the AD/CD.
  • Undertakes innovative or new business concept applications under the guidance of the AD/CD.
  • Supervises all aspects of clients' needs/requirements assigned to junior team members (Account Associates/Account Executives/SAE)
  • Leads the team in client management, trains, develops, coaches and mentors Account Associates/Account Executives/Senior Account Executives assigned to his/her accounts.


Key job requirements include:

  • At least 7 years' experience in Market Research, with knowledge in Business Development
  • Candidates with FMCG background can be considered but should have market insights experience
  • Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
  • Good networking skills and service orientation.
  • Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
  • Good presentation skills
