Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of Prominent General Insurance in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking Agency Manager for several areas such as Surabaya, Denpasar, Bandung, Semarang, Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents and support staff.
- Set performance targets and provide coaching to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive agency growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the branch's market area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
- Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff & agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Agency Manager/Business Manager/Relationship Manager/Sales Person.
- Must have background and good understanding of non-life/general insurance.
- Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred
