Monroe Consulting Group, on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading real estate developer, well known for delivering large-scale residential areas, townships, and landed housing projects, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to drive brand strength, sales acceleration, and market leadership across its portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies for residential, township, and landed housing projects.
- Lead go-to-market planning including product positioning, pricing strategy, launch planning, and campaign execution.
- Drive sales performance, absorption rates, and revenue growth across multiple projects.
- Oversee brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Work closely with development, project, and finance teams to align product design with market demand.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing and sales teams, including external agencies and channel partners.
- Leverage market insights, data, and customer analytics to refine strategy and improve conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure strong ROI.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior marketing and/or sales leadership roles within real estate development or property-related industries. Open for candidates from other industries as well.
- Proven track record in driving successful project launches and sales performance.
- Deep understanding of pricing, promotion, distribution channels, and buyer behavior in the property market.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
