As the Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple sites across the region. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals in multiple countries to ensure the upkeep of these significant sites.
Job Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and management to all aspects of Pacific Region operations and assigned staff.
Set, monitor, and evaluate staff performance objectives and standards; identify development needs and provide necessary coaching and training.
Foster a safe and healthy workplace across all Pacific locations by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety policies and practices.
Manage the Pacific Region OPEX budget and provide comprehensive financial and work status reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Execute all financial actions within delegated authority and in full compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
Support the prioritization of capital works through close collaboration with the Asset Management Engineer.
Manage agency contracts and liaise with representatives to organize maintenance and ad-hoc work for various regional partners.
Prepare contract documents and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including raising requirements and signing off on payments upon satisfactory completion.
Develop clearly defined work packages for procurement services to ensure prompt delivery of administration and works programs.
Manage ad-hoc contract projects in alignment with senior leadership and organizational directives.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards, including ownership of regional works databases, quality management systems, and project management protocols
Job Requirements
Extensive experience in a supervisory or management role in international public and private sectors.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
Fluency in English and Thai.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
