Our client, a company with wide presence in Vietnam market, is seeking a professionals with at least 10 years of solid experience in the industry for Country Manager position. This role will work in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
The Country Manager will report directly to Regional of Director and manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for Vietnam territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales budgets achievement in all categories in Vietnam
- Control and manage the country operations
- Identifying and secure new business opportunities. Developing product distribution & availability in the market
- Team management and build high performance team
- Developing Brand awareness in the market
- Establish strong network, relationship, and connection to the local market
- Planning, implementation & execution of innovative marketing promotions
- Conduct market research including competitor and customer requirement analysis if required
- Manage country expenses within agreed budgets
- Timely sales updated to regional management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven track records in Agrochemical industry with at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Great leadership skills & business acumen.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness for frequent travel
