Customer Service Rep


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with a rapidly expanding property or technology platform Company. Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to able to join their force.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner, striving to exceed expectations and ensure customer retention.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the appropriate systems or databases for record-keeping and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or service enhancements based on customer feedback and experiences.
  • Adhere to established service standards, performance metrics, and quality assurance guidelines to meet or exceed service level objectives.
  • Continuously engage in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge, communication

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, such as Word, Excel, CSR management software.
  • Possess a diploma or degree in any relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills and can speak in English and Mandarin
