Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Chemical Manufacturing Company for the role of Deputy GM Plant. The job description will be as follow :

  • Accountable for devising and executing strategies aimed at attaining the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Supervising the day-to-day activities of the organization, including the oversight of resources, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring teams adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Offering guidance and assistance to department heads and team leaders through coaching and feedback to foster employee collaboration and teamwork.
  • Enhancing production, expanding asset capacity and flexibility, and minimizing extraneous costs while upholding existing quality standards.
  • Taking charge of production output, product quality, and timely shipping.
  • Creating systems and processes to monitor and enhance productivity, as well as implementing standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure optimal return on assets.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Demonstrated professional background in the role of Plant Manager.
  • Established experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient understanding of business and management principles, encompassing budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical proficiency.
  • Acquainted with safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
  • Competence in computer skills.
  • Capability to instill accountability and lead through personal example.
  • Robust skills in team building, decision-making, and people management.
