Design Production Manager (Marketing Agency)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage production workload, operation timeline, and resources. Aware of the order volume to allocate work.
  • Deliver final quality results that are under budget and on time.
  • Accountable for productivity and control product quality.
  • Analyze new tools and technologies that increase the volume of production automation.
  • Involve in performance evaluation, resolving employee's grievances, and resignation.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in managing marketing production, graphic projects, video, or 3D.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good resource management skills and decision-making skills.
  • Background in Graphic design and video editing
  • Strong people management experience, play an empathetic leader role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
