We are seeking a senior leader who will be overseeing Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal functions, with primary focus on strengthening enterprise risk governance. The position ensures robust risk oversight across investment, operational, regulatory, and strategic risk areas while maintaining strong compliance and legal governance standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise risk management framework covering market, credit, liquidity, operational, and investment risks.
- Develop and enhance risk policies, limits, monitoring tools, and reporting frameworks aligned with regional requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for Regional Headquarters, Board, and CEO.
- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio risk assessments.
- Act as key advisor to CEO and Investment team on risk implications of business strategies.
- Oversee regulatory compliance framework in line with SEC and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of compliance monitoring programs and internal controls.
- Supervise legal matters including contract reviews, regulatory filings, and corporate governance documentation.
- Liaise with regulators and external legal advisors when required.
- Lead and develop Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Strengthen risk culture across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Investment, Operations, and regional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Experience in asset management, investment management, Securities, banking, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in enterprise risk management within investment environments.
- Solid understanding of regulatory framework for asset management.
- Experience reporting to regional or group-level stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
