Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing of rubber thread used for multiple industries. The candidate will be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Sales Head/Sales Manager in all sales and market research activities for accounts around the globe.
- Formulate and implement marketing plans and develop new business opportunities and market niches.
- Assisting in preparing various sales and market reports.
- Co-ordinate and work across functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and meeting of customers' requirements.
- Attend to customers for all sales related matters (prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, follow-up on payments, attend to quality complaints and follow-up on pending sales related issues etc.)
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit, Incoterms, DA, DP, DDU, DDP, CAD etc is compulsory.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Able to travel abroad on business trips is compulsory as and when required by the company.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Mass Communication/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Able to travel abroad on business trips when required.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of International/Export Trade.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
- Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving sales target.
- A good team-player.
