Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Field Application Specialist (1 for Manila and 1 for Mindanao). The Head office is based in Pasay City, Philippines.
Job responsibilities:
- Determines the needs, goals, and product requirements of existing and potential clients
- Provides creative and feasible solutions in response to customer needs and complaints
- Initiates and develops relationships with key equipment personnel
- Delivers detailed presentations for on-site demo installations and training
- Provides technical support to the teams within the organization and to external clients
- Implements all documentation updates provided by the supplier as require
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or the equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferred.
- Experience in selling Analytical Instruments
- Prior experience in selling to the following industry: F&B accounts
- Good presentation, communication and follow up skills
- Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;
- Strong understanding of the market and should be autonomous
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
