GM Operations (OB Deck)

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a GM Operation on behalf of a Notable Observation Deck based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the Observation Deck, including ticketing, guest services, F&B, and retail
  • Drive excellence in visitor experience, ensuring service quality, safety, and satisfaction
  • Oversee operational planning, staffing, budgeting, and KPI management
  • Develop and implement SOPs across departments to maintain consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to enhance visitation and revenue
  • Manage and mentor department heads and operational teams to build a high-performance culture
  • Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Innovate new guest experiences and service enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience in theme parks, attractions, or entertainment venues
  • Proven track record managing large-scale F&B operations and high-footfall guest environments
  • Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and memorable experiences
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, P&L, and performance tracking
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment with diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
