Our client is looking to Head of Design that will responsible in oversee the design strategy and establish & design digital product. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic Design professionals and will direct our design efforts towards great success. Job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Organised the overall design strategy
- Manage the direction for the way the design teams work together and separately across product teams
- Establish and design digital products and services with world class user experience that incorporate the needs of the user and meet business goals
- Direct the full design life-cycle, including taking and interrogating briefs, helping to facilitate kick-off meetings and workshops, making initial sketches and concepts, and conducting design testing and research
- Promote user experience audits, reviews and heuristic evaluations.
- Current design concepts and explain rationale to clients, including articulating the decisions and thought processes that informed the designs
- Advise the UI/UX team to develop best practices for ensuring a high bar of quality
- Conduct as a company thought-leader and evangelist for all things UI/UX, including industry design trends, best practices and technology innovations.
- Work Together in an agile / multidisciplinary teams
- Be a bible about data driven design
