We are seeking an experienced Group Head - HR Services to join the team in Bangkok. This role focuses on leading recruitment and HR service functions, with a strong focus on employee welfare and onboarding processes. This role ensures smooth HR operations and service delivery across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs
Manage HR service functions, including employee welfare, onboarding, and related HR processes
Supervise and coach direct reports
Work closely with HR personnel responsible for HR operations to ensure seamless coordination
Ensure HR service processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied
Act as a key point of contact for HR service matters and support the Head of HR on assigned initiatives

Job Requirements

Strong experience in recruitment and HR service operations
Background in banking or financial services is highly preferred
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, especially onboarding and welfare
