Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a fast-growing quick commerce company in Indonesia to recruit a Head of Central Processing. This senior leadership role will oversee all central processing functions, including packing operations, central and hub kitchens, QA/QC, and supporting units. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the entire processing network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end processing operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and support teams.
  • Manage and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations with effective production planning, resource management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Track and optimize performance using KPIs for throughput, yield, downtime, cost, and productivity.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Strengthen QA/QC systems to ensure product consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead internal and external audits to maintain required certifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and commercial teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities through automation, process redesign, and efficient resource use.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies to improve speed, flexibility, and operational performance.
  • Ensure strong coordination across production, logistics, and other business units.
  • Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence across all processing facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale teams and driving operational performance.
  • Strong expertise in production systems, quality management, and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and solve complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or consumer goods is preferred.
