Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national printing company with a core focus on ink and printing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Operation professional leader with at least 5 years' experience with a national company for the job of printing engineer specialist. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

To establish production planning, control the production process.
To monitor the QC procedures to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
To provide technical assistance in the development of new banknotes and other documents.
To prepare stock forecasts in line with customer requirements (which are often unknown).
To determine what customer's requirements and maintain sufficient stock to meet these requirements.
To establish a good working relationship with the technical staff.
To manage employees with high motivation and discipline to contribute to their job effectively.
To liaise with HR Manager to implement necessary training programs for employee skills upgrading.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field (graphic and chemical engineering)
Minimum 5 years combined experience in ink and printing industries.
Have strong experienced with a ink production and printing process
Skill on overall general management with a focus on production and operation
Possess leadership to head the team
Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization)
Capability to work independently (analyse, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence
English language, international business experience highly desirable
Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial character and a "hands-on approach."
Team player, positive attitude, hands-on and high flexibility
