- Define and enforce product quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Develop storage, handling, and cold chain processes for dry, fresh, and frozen goods.
- Partner with suppliers to set quality benchmarks and manage inbound inspections.
- Lead training programs to embed Good Housing Practices (GHP) and build a culture of quality excellence.
- Monitor KPIs for wastage, compliance, and product lifecycle performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or warehouse operations (preferably in FMCG, quick commerce, or cold chain logistics).
- Strong expertise in food safety standards, cold chain management, and warehouse practices.
- Proven success in developing SOPs, audits, and supplier quality programs.
- Experience managing fresh, frozen, and dry product categories.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve KPIs.
- Knowledge of BPOM, HACCP, ISO 22000, or other food safety regulations is a plus.
