Head of Sales (Energy)

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading international organization covering energy, construction, engineering sector. Our client, a market leader playing agile role in their field, is seeking Strategic Sales Director - Energy. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities:

  • A very strong network and connection with key business and property owners and industrial zone as well with Government Officials and C-level relationship.
  • Be an Influencer with strong contacts with top management, Business and Property owners, Developers, and Government officials.
  • Setting up networks with groups like AmCham, the British Business Group Vietnam and other membership organizations.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and develop strategy for market segmentation
  • Providing weekly progress reports to the CEO
  • The company's representative office will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, but you will be expected to travel extensively across the whole of Vietnam.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of proven track record in business development director/management level
  • A very strong network and connection with key business and property owners and industrial zone as well with Government Officials
  • Keen to work in renewable energy and dedication to the project.
  • Local to Vietnam and able to travel extensively
  • Be an organized, self-starter who is comfortable cold calling/cold visiting.
  • Hungry for success, and always wanting to do the best job possible.
