The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and consulting on strategic human resources activities including manpower planning, compensation, training, budgeting, and employee relations in order to support the overall business objectives
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and plan the people strategy, structure, budgeting, and practices.
- Engage and be involved in any transformation and acquisition projects.
- Evaluate current structure and identify opportunity to strengthen organizational structure.
- Provide consultation and educate stakeholders in HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Drive company culture and promote communication between employees.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in Human Resources preferably in the consumer goods or related industries.
- Knowledge surrounding human resource legal regulations
- Hands - on management experience in all HR aspects
- Communicable both written and spoken English.
