    Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of SAP software products and consultancy services in the Philippines. Our respected client provides world class Business Solutions to the Enterprise and SMB markets to prominent firms in Southeast Asia. They are currently seeking a human resources professional for the job of Human Resources Manager. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines, but currently offers wfh set-up.

    Job summary

    The role is expected to maintain and enhance human resource productively and develop a strong manpower, identify talent and deploy professional development programs in order to achieve organizational goals and solve the recruitment needs of the company.

    Key job responsibilities include:

        • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
        • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
        • Managing the recruitment and selection process;
        • Administering employee-benefit programs;
        • Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of Human Resources, Technology and maximization of workforce;
        • Create training and development programs for all employees;
        • Leads HR audits to ensure compliance with documentation, policies, procedures, and regulations;
        • Creates reports, analyses data and provides reports to management regarding HR activity as required;
        • Drives operational excellence in corporate HR initiatives, processes and practices in the company. Will be responsible for the execution of major initiatives that will require project management and functional expertise in most or all HR areas.

    Key job responsibilities include:

        • Bachelor's Degree in business or organization psychology;
        • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Manager
        • Minimum of 3 years of people management
        • Knowledge of Philippines labour laws
        • Strong HR network and knowledge of current trends and market practices.
        • Preferably coming from Information Technology or technology driven companies;
        • Strong HR "business partner" experience with solid business acumen and ability to effectively partner with the leadership team;
        • Ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability;
        • High level of managerial courage and not afraid to "push back".
        • HR generalist background, especially experience in workforce planning, strategic planning(plant-level), and workforce development strategies;
        • Strong background in Recruitment, high volume staffing and deployment.
