Job Summary
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of core banking, Internet banking, and credit scoring solutions
- Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements
- Setting up and configuring system parameters
- Assisting clients in the data migration and verification processes
- Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration
- Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns, and requirements
- Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping, and proposal preparation
