Key Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of implementation
- Prepare business requirements and create system design
- Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations for client reference and future maintenance.
- Participate in software configuration, testing, training and deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for system enhancements
- Become proficient in NetSuite features and updates
- Perform project management duties as directed

Key Job Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience implementing and using NetSuite or a comparable mid-market system
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- Knowledge of major business life cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and production
- Understanding of database structure and design
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
