IT Project manager (Financial Securities), Bangkok, Thailand

Our esteemed client is seeking an IT Project Manager with strong experience in project management and PMO procedures within the securities and investment sector. IT Project manager will lead digital projects focused on client onboarding, after-sales services, customer journey improvement, and process transformation. Drive digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, system integration, and overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, strategize, and manage digital projects and transformation programs.

  • Act as a liaison among business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and consolidate requirements for business products, processes, and systems.

  • Plan and execute projects, including data collection, analysis, and requirement documentation to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Manage project execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective communication with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

  • Perform system integration and user acceptance testing.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.

  • Contribute to system development and enhancement initiatives to maintain market competitiveness.

  • Address client inquiries and provide support on digital services, trading platforms, and system incidents, gathering feedback to improve service quality.

  • Lead a team of 4, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Innovation Lab Section Head and Head of Digital Business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

  • Experience in documentation management and applying technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with capital markets, IT project management, system design, and data analytics.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, business analysis (BA), and user journey mapping.

  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly banking or securities, is preferable
