Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Luxury Property Developer. Our respected client is seeking a sales professionals with experience in legal roles. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Descriptions:
- Review & Draft all legal documents for PPJB, MFA, PPRS and all other related agreements
- Understanding of all local laws relating to property industry like PPnBM, Supertax, etc
- Knowledge on legaling aspects of overseas laws is an added advantage
- Draft LOI, agreement, any kind of Letters and its extension when required
- Give a legal opinion to support the management
- Identify and manage any of legal risk to the organization
- Ability to speak fluently in English & Bahasa and talk to consumers /clients and when required
- Familiar with property industry in terms & tender participation & similar to help team project control
- Assist and support other Departments, if needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Law
- Having PERADI license will be preferred
- Have an in depth knowledge property market and its regulations in Indonesia
- Minimum of 8 years working in either law firm or property corporation
- Commercial mindset , able to spot gaps and unexploited opportunities in the market (set from scratch)
- Ability to identify, analyze and be a problem solver
- Good communication skills, ability to listen
- Proficient in MS. Office
- Able to comprehend legal documents
