Marketing Junior Manager (Consumer Goods)


Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics company with a strong focus on building brand presence through offline channels and retail-driven initiatives. Operating in a competitive consumer market, our client places high importance on effective on-ground execution to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance.
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager who will act as an individual contributor, with a primary focus on offline marketing execution. This role will be responsible for translating brand strategies into impactful offline activities, working closely with sales teams and external partners to support retail performance and brand growth.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing activities, including brand activations, events, roadshows, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to support store-level marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Support product launches through offline marketing activities and retail activation planning.
  • Liaise with vendors, event organizers, and production partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns, including post-activity reporting and insights.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all offline marketing executions are aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on offline, trade, or retail marketing; experience in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in brand activation, events, and in-store marketing execution.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with strong ownership of projects.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, including working with sales teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
