Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and industrial property developments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Oversee property and facility management of completed developments
- Manage operational teams across multiple locations
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in property development or real estate operations
- At least 7 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale property projects
- Experience in Indonesian real estate market
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills
- Good understanding of construction and property management
- Strategic thinking with results-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
