As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Operation professional leader with at least 10+ years' experience with a national company for the job of operation/production position. The job is based in Serang, Banten, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Helping the organisation's processes remain legally compliant
- Help the organisation's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organisational objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts for favourable pricing with suppliers and vendors.
- Optimise business travel processes, secure corporate rates, automate expense reports, and ensure compliance.
- Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
